Need help getting Amcrest cameras settings to create video files

I have four Amcrest video cameras set up and they stream live video fine. I am unable to get Security Spy configured correctly to make video capture happen. I can provide screen shots of the preferences pages but don't seem to be able to in this forum. can someone give me a list of things to check? thank you Jim

    This sounds like a settings problem, probably you simply need to set a schedule for either Motion Capture or Continuous Capture recording. Please see the Recording and Schedules section of the user manual: https://www.bensoftware.com/securityspy/manual/#schedules

    If this doesn't solve it, please take screenshots of the recording settings in the Preferences along with one of the Camera Info window and email them to us at [email protected] and we'll be able to advise you further.
